Onsite Application and Permit Draws

If you are hoping to win the special permit for Onsite Application & Permit Draw, this year there will be THREE!! Two Antlerless and One Either Sex!!! Applications will be accepted from 1-5 p.m. on Friday, June 26th and from 9 a.m.- 4 p.m., on Saturday, June 27th at the Senior Center.   Applicants must supply a valid AGFC CID# from their hunting license, an Arkansas-issued photo ID or hunter education card (if under 16). Applications are limited to one per person and anyone with 12 or more AGFC violation points is ineligible. The applicant must be present at 5 p.m., June 27 to win one of three onsite permits."  

23 public land elk permits will be drawn from online applications at the annual Buffalo River Elk Festival in Jasper, June 27, 2015, every hour on the hour from Noon to 4PM.
Public Land Elk Permit Applications may be submitted online at www.agfc.gov form  May 1-June 1. No paper applications will be accepted.
Hunters under 16 (as of May 1, 2015) must have a valid hunter education number to apply.
Applicants must be 6 or older (as of October 7, 2015).
Applicants with 12 AGFC violation points are ineligible to apply.
Only Arkansas residents with a Resident Sportsman Hunting License or holders of a Lifetime Sportsman's Permit may apply.
Duplicate or incomplete applications will not be processed
